Our Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original
condition within 30 days of purchase date for a refund. You can expect a
refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. Customers
are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has
occurred when filling the order.

For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or
by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
Shipping Damage
Our packaging is done with experience and the utmost care; damage incurred during shipment
is extremely rare. However, if your order is damaged during shipping, please
notify us within 24 hours of receipt. A representative from the shipping company
will contact you to inspect the package. Please keep all the packaging materials
intact. Once the shipper confirms verification of damage, we will replace the
damaged product at no charge.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product you will need
to return the undesired product for a full refund and make your new purchases at
westcoastsunsets.com.
